tfeigel	c04d162b0d	feat: add Mitgliedschaft section and update Verein structure ... Introduced a new Mitgliedschaft section with detailed information on membership requirements, benefits, and fees. Reorganized Verein-related file structure for better clarity and added supporting styles in `input.css`. Restructured Verein-related directories, renaming and reorganizing files for improved clarity. Updated navbar to include a link to the new section.
